I believe solutions to the world's toughest challenges already exist - they're just locked away in silos.

Who am I?
I fell in love with Knowledge Management when I realized most “unsolvable” problems aren’t actually unsolvable - the solutions are just stuck in silos. After 13+ years of designing and leading KM initiatives across international organizations, I founded BrightWing Consulting LLC to help fix that.
I help teams turn scattered knowledge into collective power. My work blends strategy, culture change, and practical tools that make learning flow and people feel connected. And yes, I’m still a proud KM nerd who gets excited about retention processes, Communities of Practice, and systems that make work not just smarter but also a lot more human.

I guide teams and organizations from silos to synergy.
In working with organizations like the UN World Food Programme and World Vision International, I’ve seen firsthand how people-focused KM initiatives can improve outcomes for communities. To me, KM isn't just about increasing efficiencies (even though that is important). It's about designing systems and processes that ensure critical knowledge gets to the right person at the right time, in order to make better decisions, reduce duplication, and strengthen learning - and in the international development and humanitarian spaces, that can ultimately change lives.
I work with NGO, development bank, and international development/humanitarian clients to connect the dots, designing systems and processes that transform isolated expertise into shared wisdom.
If you're working in the sector and ready to explore what's possible, I'd love to work with you.
